One Rockwell, LLC ("1r Agency," "1r," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of visitors to our website located at 1r.agency (the "Site") and individuals who otherwise interact with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you.
1. Who We Are
1r Agency is a full-service digital agency headquartered in Miami, FL, providing on-site optimization, email marketing, design, development, e-commerce, and digital marketing services to brands. This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and to personal information we collect through it. It does not apply to information we process on behalf of our clients under a separate services agreement or statement of work; that data is governed by the terms of the applicable client contract and the client's own privacy policy.

When you visit the Site, our service providers and we may automatically collect certain information via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including:

7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you reside, you may have some or all of the following rights:
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; the right to delete personal information; the right to correct inaccurate personal information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; the right to limit use of sensitive personal information; and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others as applicable): similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising, and, in most of these states, the right to appeal our decision on your request.
EEA/UK visitors (GDPR): the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your data; the right to data portability; the right to object to processing; and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (including for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising), use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on the Site, or send an opt-out preference signal such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we honor where required by law.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Job application materials are typically retained for a limited period after a hiring decision is made unless you consent to longer retention for future opportunities.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Data Transfers
If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) for transfers of personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.

The Site is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without opt-in consent (and, for consumers under 13, the consent of a parent or guardian). Certain state laws impose additional requirements for the personal information of minors under 18.
